More than 2000 global health professionals attended this meeting and discussed subjects regarding burn management including prevention of burn injuries, post-burn injury reconstruction, scar management, rehabilitation etc. Ingrid Parry. President of ABA gave the welcoming speech in the opening ceremony, and she expressed her gratitude to all the people who have supported ABA for ongoing development in burn management. Kevin Xu, President of ISRMWR, attended this meeting and further discussed the future in-depth cooperation with ABA.

In March 2023, ABA and the International Society for Burn Injuries officially joined the Clinton Global Initiative “Mending Europe: Empowering the Establishment of Regeneration Network” initiated by ISRMWR president, Kevin Xu, promoting the local development of regenerative medical technology and the level of wound management in Europe.
