International Diabetic Lower Extremity and Chronic Wounds Symposium Back after 2 Years

After one year's suspension due to the pandemic, International Diabetic Lower Extremity and Chronic Wounds Symposium (IDLECWS) has made a phenomenal coming back on Nov.17-19, 2021. Hosted by ISRMWR, the symposium had its main conference site in Hawaii, and attracted medical professionals to join remotely from all parts of world.

Under the theme "From Innovation to Therapy", the 2021 IDLECWS was set to solve the concerning issues in the treatment of chronic wounds from the perspective of innovation.

World-class experts from Harvard University School of Medicine, Stanford University School of Medicine, etc. delivered comprehensive contents on a wide range of topics, from clinical manifestations of diabetic foot ulcers, to advanced treatment methods, etc. Specially, challenges of chronic wound treatment in different countries were discussed. Last but not the least, latest clinical trials that have different focuses were covered.

In 2022, IDLECWS will be held Boston, just as it were conventionally before the pandemic. ISRMWR will continue to cooperate, and provide quality contents in chronic wound management to you.
