4th Annual Forum of ISRMWR Held Virtually

The 4th annual forum of ISRMWR was run virtually on Feb 25, 2021, with ISRMWR president Kevin Xu presiding from the office in Los Angeles.

Abhilash Mishra, Director of "Kevin Xu Global Initiative on Science, Technology, and Inequality" and Aaron Mertz, Director of Aspen Institute Science & Society Program came together to deliver a speech on the restoration of the public’s confidence in science, in which they stressed that science has played an indispensable role in bringing the world the unprecedented achievements and value that we all benefit from. Besides, they suggested that a most powerful way to accomplish the restoration is that scientists become more responsible for a better world.

In memory of Professor Xu Rongxiang, the founder of "Human Body Regenerative Restoration Science", ISRMWR’s regenerative medical forum was established and held every year in the week of his birthday. The first 3 forums took place in the California State Capitol, while this time due to the pandemic, it was conducted online, with as much support from the California State Capitol and our invited speakers as ever.

Initially established as an international platform for academic exchange, ISRMWR has been actively engaged in delivering trainings, sharing experience, promoting communication in the field of regenerative medicine. In addition, ISRMWR will continue to focus on international communication and cooperation in the aspects of scientific research, education, legislation, economic development and clinical transformation.
