United Nations Every Woman Every Child China Partnership Network Life Regenerative Action in Sichuan, China.

On December 20th, 2019, the United Nations Every Woman Every Child China Partnership Network Life Regeneration Action Program in Sichuan, China was launched in Chengdu. This program is hosted by the United Nations Every Woman Every Child China Partnership Network (EWECCPN) and the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) and sponsored by EWECCPN member unit -MEBO International. This is the sixth launching after that of in Thailand and Malaysia of year 2017, in Egypt and Lebanon of year 2018 and in Philippines of year 2019.

More than 200 people attended this launching ceremony, including Li Xiaolin, president of CPAFFC; Ji Yongjun, deputy director general of Department of American & Oceanian Affairs of CPAFFC; Hong Liu, president of CPAFFC in Sichuan province; Xiang Qionghua, secretary general of CPAFFC in Sichuan province; Li Chenglin, secretary general, Sichuan Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine; Jiang Wenwei, financial director of the EWECCPN member unit and Medical Development and Medical Assistance Foundation of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital; Kevin Xu, president of ISRMWR; Liu Gang, vice president of MEBO International; Jia Yongjian, general manager of MEBO International in Sichuan Province and social organizations, hospital representatives, media correspondents, etc,.

Li Xiaolin stated in her opening speech that the CPAFFC led the establishment of EWECCPN and brought together domestic advantages and resources, and jointly participated in the cause of women and children around the globe. Joint hands with the “Belt and Road Initiative”, Life Regeneration Action program has been successively carried out from 2017 under the EWECCPN and the goal is to help poor women and children in China, Africa, South America, and Southeast Asia, provide local life regeneration technology and medical supplies, organize medical training courses, and promote overall economic and social development.

Hong Liu stated that with the settlement of this program in multiple cities in Sichuan province, the women and children care will have a balanced development, and the gap in health service capabilities between rural and urban region will be reduced. This program will play an important role in promoting international exchanges and cooperation in the field of regenerative medicine in Sichuan Province.

Kevin Xu, president of ISRMWR, stated that the health of women, youth and children is China's overall strategic plan and goal for the world including the United Nations in the year 2030. ISRMWR will join hands with EWECCPN and MEBO International, strive for the development of the great cause of global women and children health care.

The launching of this program marks the settlement of EWECCPN Life Regeneration Action in Sichuan, China. During the whole year of 2020, a series of treatment and assistance for women, children with burns, wounds, trauma, pressure ulcers, and diabetic foot diseases will be carried out in Sichuan by joining hands with public hospitals in Chengdu, Liangshan, Aba region, Shifang and other places, it is expected to treat over 300 patients and train more than 1,000 local medical staff.
